The Gall Group at Duke University focuses on researching structure-property relationships of 3D-printed materials and geometries. Our group studies these materials for translational research applications in structural mechanics, regenerative medicine, meta-materials, and other applications. Current research interests are 3D-printed metals and polymers, printed geometries with structured surface porous networks, advanced composite meta-material structures, and sustainability in 3D printing.
