Congratulations to Dr. Jacob Peloquin for successfully defending his dissertation entitled "Accelerating the Mechanical Characterization of Hierarchical Materials via Machine Learning" today! Jacob will be joining the Fitts Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at N.C. State University as an Assistant Professor and will conduct research at the intersection of advanced manufacturing, materials science, and applied AI.
